The latest project material identifies EXSIM MABA Sdn Bhd as developer, bringing EXSIM and the Malaysian Basketball Association into one redevelopment.
EXSIM and MABA
Maba Suitez is being developed on the former Wisma MABA site along Jalan Hang Jebat. The joint venture links EXSIM’s development platform with land long associated with Malaysian basketball.
At the 30 November 2025 groundbreaking, the parties described the redevelopment as a route to modernise MABA’s presence while building long-term assets for the association. The current facility concept includes a dedicated MABA Court and spaces carrying the sport’s identity into the finished project.
